I've never rented to a company before. How does it work?
Instead of renting to a tenant directly, you’ll be renting to us. The company takes on all the responsibilities of managing the property, including finding / vetting professional tenants, ensuring rent is paid on time, and maintaining the property to a high standard. Just to be clear, This comes at no cost to you! You’ll be paid guaranteed rent every month, and we will handle everything else—so you can relax and enjoy a completely hands-off experience.
What happens if my property gets damaged?
The agreement places full responsibility for the property on us, with clear clauses about damages. We carry professional liability insurance to ensure any potential damages are fully covered, and we maintain the property in excellent condition for our mutual benefit. The better condition the property is kept in, the easier it is for us keep to the tenants happy & maintain long-term relationships with landlords like yourself.
How can I be sure I'll get my rent on time?
We understand how important that is, and that’s why we offer GUARANTEED rent. Once the agreement is signed, we will pay your rent every month on the same day, whether or not the property is occupied. If we don’t pay on the agreed day, you can chuck us out - No questions asked! This removes any risk of late or missed payments and you’ll always know exactly when to expect your money.
Why shouldn't I just rent to tenants directly?
